Belgian filmmaker and illustrator Vincent Bal, who is also an illustrator of the same time,
is working with shy colors in a wide range of borders, including the long shadows of everyday
objects. The filaments of a film or an ampoule that can become a forbidden tower form
a dramatic backdrop like a ladder for a bold escape.
