In his editorial work for the Zurich magazine GH, the Swiss university of science, technology, engineering and mathematics,
human anatomy and city maps were combined by illustrator and paper artist Katrin Rodegast.
Rodegast rolled, rolled, cut and scored colored maps to form a heart, brain, lung, spine and knee joint.
Curved highways and waterways mimic the intricate capillary network surrounding our organs, emphasizing innovation
from different systems and organizations that work together

.

Anatomical creations were made to showcase the am Zurich Heart olan, a flagship project involving about 20 research groups aimed
at developing a fully implantable artificial heart. Rodegast works with a wide range of brands, focusing mainly on healthcare and science,
magazine covers and editorials. You can see the paper drawings of Instagram and Behance from the artists of Berlin artist.
